Who is Gideon?

Gideon: Army Ranger on the French Riviera during WW2

For nearly a century, American Master Artist and Sculptor Gideon has been driven by the ever-present need to create the ultimate expression of his inspiration.

Gideon was born in 1924. As a young child, he set upon a journey in the arts that would become his destiny.

Surviving the Great Depression, experiencing the horrors of World War II as an Army Ranger, dealing with the hardships of raising a family while being a creative artist, have all contributed to who he is.

Today, in his eighties, his drive to create is as strong as ever. Gideon’s art is his life.

As his inspiration grew, to accomplish the brilliance and purity of color, and definition of texture and form, Gideon was forced to develop his own paint formulas and sculpting compounds. As a result, he was able come up with techniques and innovations unique only to him.

Through nearly eight decades of creation, and with thousands upon thousands of fine works of art, Gideon has created an unparalleled artistic legacy.

For the first time in history, these undiscovered treasures are being made available exclusively to the online community in the form of Fine Art Prints.  Many of these works come from Gideon’s private collection and have never before been shown.

What Are
Fine Art Prints?

Our Gideon Fine Art Prints are made using the latest digital imagery equipment. The process digitally captures the true likeness of Gideon’s original works and recreates them on our selection of fine artistic media.

Standard Prints are produced on a heavy bonded fine art paper that produces a vibrant color and an ultra-clear image.

Premium Prints utilize fine art canvas to preserve the texture and color of the original works. Canvas replicas provide a more natural look and feel and can often be mistaken for an original.

Frame Recommendations

What to do
About Frames?

We suggest utilizing a local frame shop or decorating chain store to properly frame your Gideon Fine Art Prints, in order to best meet your specific decorating needs. Pre-made frames are also an option for standard size prints.

For Standard Prints printed on heavy bonded fine art paper, we recommend that you use a matted frame with proper mounting and a glass or transparent plastic cover.

Premium Prints printed on fine art canvas should be stretched and mounted in a frame of your choice. Canvas prints do not require a cover.
