Product Descriptions We take every effort to ensure that we accurately describe and represent the products offered on this site. However, we cannot guarantee that everything is error-free or correct. If one of our products is not as described (i.e. defective, incorrect size, wrong or printing material), your sole remedy is to return the product for a refund or replacement.

Handling and Shipping Policy Gideon Intermedia LLC utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipments. Once an order is received, we require up to four complete business days to process your order. Please realize that every order is custom made at the time of order and it is impossible for us to ship a product immediately.

Generally spoken, Standard Prints printed on fine art paper take less time to print and prepare than do Premium Prints printed on fine canvas.

Once your order is printed, prepared and packaged, it will ship via the UPS option you selected at the time of checkout. Gideon Intermedia LLC is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control. Gideon Intermedia LLC is not responsible for any loss or damages that occur once the product is in possession of the carrier.

Warranty and Limited Liability WE WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS PROVIDED ON THIS SITE WILL CONFORM AS MUCH AS REASONABLY POSSIBLE TO THE CORRESPONDING DESCRIPTIONS ON THE SITE WHEN ORDERED.

Gideon Fine Art Prints are guaranteed to be defect free. If there is a printing error on our part (misprint, color error, wrong image, etc.) we will replace the defective product for free. Simply return the defective product to us and we’ll send a new one as soon as possible, or issue a refund in the amount of the defective product and its pro-rated shipping expenses to the payment method used, if requested.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued for any reason, other than defective workmanship on our behalf. Please select products carefully before purchasing.
